SIZING
  • To ensure your ring fits perfectly, please verify your ring size before ordering. Due to the personalized nature of jewelry, all ring sales are final. If you need to exchange due to a sizing error, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • We currently do not offer custom-made or made-to-order services.
  • For rings with a prominent main stone, if your measurement falls exactly between two sizes, we recommend selecting the smaller size. A larger stone can affect the ring's balance, and a slightly tighter fit will help prevent the ring from spinning on your finger.
  • There are a couple ways to do this! The easiest would be by using a ring sizer, I offer them here. If you already have a ring that is in the size you want, measure the inside diameter and follow this chart to determine your size. Feel free to email me with any questions!
CARE TIPS

We want you to cherish your ring for years to come. With just a little gentle care, you can keep it shining brightly.

We advise taking it off before handling chemicals, applying personal care products (like perfume, lotion, or hairspray), or swimming.

When you're not wearing it, please store it in its provided pouch away from direct sunlight and humidity. This simple habit helps preserve its beautiful finish.

RETURNS

What is your return policy?

You have 3 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return by contacting us at soulgardenjewelry@outlook.com. We must receive the returned item(s) within 14 days of your return request.

  • All clearance items, gift cards, and products marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original, unworn, and unaltered condition, free of any scratches, dirt, or debris. We are unable to accept any items that show signs of wear or damage.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Soulgarden is not liable for items damaged or lost in transit. A $3 fee will be charged if the original packaging is not included with the return.
  • Upon receipt, our quality team will inspect your returned item. If the return is not approved, the item will be shipped back to your provided address.
  • For orders placed at a promotional price, we do not offer partial returns. If a customer wishes to return part of such an order, the promotional discount will be forfeited.
  • Initiating a dispute against Soulgarden will result in the refusal of any future return requests and the cancellation of any future orders.
  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method in the same currency. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • After we process your refund, it may take up to 7 business daysfor it to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
  • We'll send you an email as soon as your refund has been processed.
EXCHANGES

To exchange an item, simply return the original item and place a new order for the item you desire.

You have one week from the date of delivery to initiate an exchange by contacting us at soulgardenjewelry@outlook.com. We must receive the returned item within two weeks of your exchange request; otherwise, we will be unable to process the exchange.

  • All clearance items, gift cards, and products marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for exchange.
  • To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in its original, unworn, and unaltered condition, free of any scratches, dirt, or debris. We are unable to accept any items that show signs of wear or damage.
  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange. Soulgarden is not liable for items damaged or lost in transit.
  • Upon receipt, our quality assurance team will inspect the returned item. If the exchange is not approved, the item will be shipped back to the original delivery address.
  • Please note that all paid duties, taxes, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
SHIPPING
  • Orders are processed and shipped within 2-5 business days. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to adjust or cancel your order. We cannot retroactively apply promotions to any orders.
  • Delivery estimates provided by USPS or FedEx do not take into account processing time at our facility. Shipping time frame starts once USPS or FedEx is in possession of the package.
    • Carrier: We typically use a combination of YunExpress and USP for delivery.
    • Shipping from: China
    • Delivery: 5-9 business days (excluding Saturdays). Please note that the transit time begins once the package is received and scanned by YunExpress.

    At this time, Soul Garden Jewelry ships to select countries internationally.

    Once you receive your shipping confirmation, please allow 2-3 business days for your tracking to update with scans from YunExpress.

    Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of all items sold, occasionally we do sell out of certain styles. If we are sold out of an item that you've ordered, we will notify you via email and you may select an item that was in stock at the time of purchase and comparable to the original.
